Funeral of HM Queen Elizabeth II

Monday 19th September

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and offer our most heartfelt condolences to the Royal Family at this time of sorrow.  We will continue to commemorate the life of Her Majesty the Queen and pay our respects by closing on the day of the State Funeral – Monday 19^th September.

If you have prebooked or paid for an activity or a lesson on the day, here’s all you need to know:

What happens if my child/children, or I, have swimming lessons, gymnastics or other courses on a Monday?

All lessons are cancelled on this day and we will refund the value of the lesson by adjusting your next Direct Debit payment.

I’ve prebooked an activity on September 19^th that is free as part of my membership?

Don’t worry, we will take care of this and cancel your activity, you don’t need to do anything.  No £2.50 late charges will be applied.

I’ve paid for an activity on September 19^th, how do I get my money back?

Don’t worry, we will cancel this for you, and the refund will be returned to the card you paid on within 14 days.  Please see exceptions below.

I’ve booked a court/hall for a team activity, children’s party or have a regular block booking?

Our team on site will be in touch shortly to discuss a change of date or a refund.

When will our centres open again?

We will reopen at the normal time on Tuesday 20^th September.
