MSK Hubs

Supporting you through chronic pain

With almost one third of the population of the UK having a MSK (Musculoskeletal) condition such as arthritis or back pain, we are proud to be an MSK hub where we can offer a variety of facilities and services committed to supporting those experiencing issues surrounding MSK health and are on a mission to show how exercise and activity can improve symptoms and help manage pain!

How are we supporting you?

We have a variety of activities that take place at Thorncliffe Health and Leisure Centre which can provide both emotional, mental and physical support. Take a look below about the services we have on offer and how you can become a part of them.

Arthritis Action coffee group

We also offer a free support group which takes in our on site coffee shop with hot drinks and food items available for you to purchase should you wish. This space offers a chance for those living with MSK conditions to share your experiences with others in the same situation in a safe and relaxing environment. There is no need to book simply drop into our centre and if required, a member of our on site team can direct you.
