- Monday - Friday: 3.45pm - 4.40pm

Prior to attending the gym, a HCS form and gym introduction must be completed with the authorisation of the juniors’ parent or carer. This can be booked at reception.
Each junior is issued a programme card by the PT during the gym introduction to encourage and enforce safe practise within the gym.
