We offer a range of classes to support mums to maintain their fitness before and after having a baby.

Parent & Baby Group Cycling

A fantastic cardio workout – it's highly effective at burning calories and building your overall fitness levels back up. Babies welcome from 8 weeks to pre-walking.

  • Monday 11am - 11:45am
  • Babies can come in pushchairs or car seats.

Sessions are fun, relaxed and suitable for all fitness levels.
