Cycle Technique

New to cycling classes? Or just want a taster? This session gives guidance on bike set up, cycle technique and shows you what our group cycle sessions are all about. There'll be no stopping you!  

Suits: Newbies or anyone needing a refresher or confidence boost

Cycle Family

Want some quality family time but a decent workout too? Improve your fitness together in these mixed-intensity, instructor-led sessions.

Suits: Families with kids 11+

Cycle Beats and Power at your fingertips! Les Mills RPM & Sprint and SUF cycling virtual workouts let you choose your class at a time to suit you!

Suits: Busy people with busy lives! If you love Cycle Beats, RPM is for you; if you love Cycle Power, try Sprint or SUF.

Get the most out of ALL your cycling classes:

  • Wear suitable clothing and footwear
  • Bring a towel and water bottle – you’re going to need them!
  • Don’t get charged for a no-show! Check-in (and give your receipt to the instructor if required)
  • Arrive at least 5 minutes early so you can set up the bike and warm-up properly – we don’t want you to miss out
  • Speak to your instructor if you’re new to the class, or have any injuries
  • Feel unwell? Stop and tell your instructor
  • Download Stages Flight app to sync with the consoles, then link with our Places Locker app to track all the Moves you make - in the class, in the gym and out of the centre
