Useful information to help your visit be stress-free and seamless.
We look forward to welcoming you to The Triangle. On our centre homepage you'll find our opening times along with timetables for all our activities.
Arriving at the centre
- During our peak times*, we recommend that you arrive in plenty of time for your activity.
- Please use our fast-track check-in points located in reception for the following activities:
Members
- Lane Swimming**
- Gym
- Health Suite / Members change
- All group workout classes
For all other activities or sessions please check-in at reception.
Places/pay as you go members:
- For all activities, please check-in at reception
Lockers:
- Our members changing room lockers are padlock-operated. Please feel free to bring you own robust padlock, or you can purchase one to keep from reception for £5.00.
- All other lockers are token-operated. These can be accessed using a £1 coin or using tokens which can be purchased from reception for £1.50
* This could include school holidays, evenings and weekends.
**Please be aware that admission to the pool is 10 minutes before the session starts.
