We're hosting an open day!
We've got a whole range of free activities planned for all, along with the opportunity to connect with your local community and find our more about the services available to you. Come along, have some fun and maybe even try something new!

Sports activities & tasters
- Swimming
- Gym sessions
- Gym inductions
- Costa taster drinks
- Health checks
- Group exercise classes including Circuits (2.15pm - 3.00pm), Group Cycling (3.15pm - 4.00pm) and Zumba (4.15pm - 5.00pm). Sessions need to be booked on the day on a first come first serve basis. Over 16s only.
Children's activities
- Swimming
- Soft play (3.00pm - 6.00pm)
- Active Play & Bounce
- Arm painting (2.45pm - 3.45pm)
