You can learn a new skill, get back into a sport, improve your fitness or continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle and the social benefits of sport and activity are terrific too.

50+ Mornings

Every Thursday at 9am - 12pm

  • Short Mat Bowls
  • Badminton 
  • Short Tennis
  • Pickleball 11.00am

£5.90 for non-members, £5.00 for PAYG 

Walking Netball

A slower version of the game, designed so that anyone can play regardless of age or fitness level.

  • Fridays 10.00am – 11.00am (term time only)
  • £4.10 for non-members, £2.10 for members
  • Outdoor pitches (main hall if raining)
  • A trained member of staff will support the session
  • All equipment provided. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
