Amazing
A vertical maze to surprise and engage the brain. It develops confidence and is a great introduction to problem-solving technique required when climbing. Fantastic for first time visitors and younger children.

Big Cheese
A great colourful looking climb, perfect for smaller climbers to steadily weave their way to the top but don’t Brie deceived certain routes represent a major challenge even for competent climbers.

Caving Ladder
This climb imitates the challenge a caver faces in a steep vertical cave section. A wobbling narrow cable ladder will give you the feeling of ‘being out there’ with no solid wall. For a real tough workout…use your hands only!

Circuit Breaker
Get to the top in electronics! This circuit board creates a wonderful abstract pattern, lighting up your day! Red Square
Climbing is all about problem-solving and the solution is not immediately clear with this challenge. All the hold 'fronts' are the same and it is only by careful inspection that the various routes to the top are revealed (by the colour behind the holds).You'll need plenty of stamina while identifying the orientation of the holds and you'll discover that this challenge is not as simple as it looks…

Skyscraper
This popular stunning bright and coloured element is an excellent first climb for younger climbers who can go straight up the middle as if they were climbing a ladder. Challenging for fit and flexible adults who can work their way to the top via the most difficult route, using the under-cling handholds.

Speed Climb
Hugely popular, this speed challenge provides for the naturally competitive instincts within us all. Usually set-up in pairs to race your mate to the top, it can also be installed as a single element, with the Timer being used to decide who climbed fastest, so that you can try to beat your own PB (personal best). LED lighting in corner moulds reinforces the fast-moving action. Place your feet quickly, to provide the drive and energy to climb the fastest way you can!

Tree Trunk
Everyone love climbing trees… but a square tree trunk? Unusual for sure! This is a beautiful recycled tree, laminated and moisture cured to maintain its good looks. Just one thrilling way to 'top out' on this classic challenge that we all grew up on. The perfect occasion to show off to your family or your mates!

Your 1hr 15mins session includes filling in participation statement, an initial safety briefing and harness fitting.

Important Information
Each session includes a 30 minute briefing & harness session before 45 minutes climb. Please arrive on time for your session. Anyone arriving late or not attending a briefing or harness will not be able to climb. Sessions are limited to 16 people and must be booked in advance.
Children aged 4 – 7 yrs must have an adult present in the spectating area. Ratio: 1 adult for up to 2 children. Children over 8 years and above can climb without supervision. Please read our full booking terms and see our FAQs.

Schools
We provide the opportunity for students to learn outside of the class room either as part of an enrichment programme or reward. Activities have many physical benefits including development of agility, balance, co-ordination and strength as well meeting other key objectives such as problem solving, teamwork and communication.
We also welcome the opportunity to work with schools and PTA’s on fundraising events or reward schemes.
We can accommodate up to 16 students in each 45 minute sessions in the arena.

How to book your party
We do get busy so we suggest you book your party as early as possible to avoid disappointment. If you'd like to book a climbing adventure party please click the link below to book online. If you wish to book within a 14 day period please contact our party team.

Our SEN sessions will have a calm environment, low music and reduced numbers to allow for more 1 to 1 time with the instructors.

FAQS
Q: When is Clip 'n Climb open?
A: We are open all year around. Click here to see our sessions times.
Q: Am I allowed in the climbing arena if I’m not climbing?
A: Spectators will be asked to wait just the other side of the climbing arena barriers.
Q: Are there any age or weight restrictions?
A : The minimum age is 4 with no maximum age and the maximum weight is 22 stone.
Q: Do I need to bring anything with me?
A: All you will need to bring is yourself, closed shoes (trainers) and a hair band if you have long hair and we provide the rest.
Q: When should I arrive and what should I do?
A: Please arrive 10 minutes before your session . You may be asked to wait to allow for the safe set up of programmes or exit of classes before yours. On arriving, please make your way to the Clip n Climb meeting point. Our Placemakers will be available to point you in the right direction and bring you the consent form to fill in. Please ensure you follow social distancing guidelines at all times when in our facilities.
Q: How long does a session last?
A: Each session consists of a 15 minute briefing and 45 minute climb.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Our cancellation for open climb sessions allows customers to cancel (or change) their booking up to 24 hours before the session start time. If you need to cancel or rebook your session please contact us on 01444 876000. High Places will either refund your original payment or issue a climb voucher to the same value.

Participation statement
Clip ‘n Climb at The Triangle is a potentially dangerous activity that could lead to serious injury if safety procedures are not followed. All participants are required to follow and adhere to the guidance given in the safety briefing video, on the ‘Rules for Climbers’ poster and any additional safety information given by centre staff. These rules have been put in place for the safety and well-being of all participants and Clip ‘n Climb at The Triangle cannot be held responsible for any participants acting outside of them.
Clip ‘n Climb activity equipment is provided and operated by Places for People Leisure Limited. It is a condition of your use of the equipment that you follow the safety information below, the advice on the safety briefing video and any instruction given by the instructors. Failure to follow this advice will result in you being asked to leave the climbing session.
The following points should be noted and agreed:
- Bookings may only be made by those aged over 16 years of age. Parents or guardians making bookings for those aged over 8 years of age need not attend or climb, however if they want to, they must book their own tickets. Any child under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult who will remain responsible for the welfare of that child at all times during the climbing session. The lead person making the party / group booking will be agreeing the Terms and Conditions on behalf of all climbers.
- The minimum age for a climber is 4 years old.
- The maximum weight limit for a climber is 22 stone / 150kg.
- Climbers must not walk or stand on the coloured warning mats beneath a climb.
- Climbers must not climb without a harness and without a trained member of staff clipping them onto the wall.
- Climbers must not “pull down” on the rope whilst climbing.
- Appropriate footwear is a must for this activity, so no flip-flops, heeled or open toed shoes may be worn. Ensure any shoe laces are properly tied.
- Climbers should wear comfortable, appropriate clothing for climbing. All climbers must follow the clothing regulations, which include removing inappropriate jewellery, ‘securing’ any glasses and tying back long hair. Lockers are provided on site for valuables to be stored.
- No chalk is permitted on the climbing elements.
- By participating in a Clip ‘n Climb session, all climbers acknowledge that this activity requires a moderate level of fitness and is physically testing and that any physical activity carries an inherent risk of bumps, bruises and minor injury. If you do not follow the safety guidance given there is a significant risk of serious injury.
- In order to cancel a booking a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to the start of the session must be given. Cancellations of parties / group bookings will require 7 days’ notice prior to the start of the session.
- Cold drinks are permitted in the climbing arena, however food, chewing gum and hot drinks are not allowed.
