Like training as part of a group?

We're running a number of small group training (SGT) sessions in the gym for those who prefer working out as part of a group, to help you build your confidence and endurance whilst training.

 There are so many benefits to SGT, including: 

  • More personal attention from the instructor, who will be able to offer corrections & appropriate modifications.
  • Plenty of variety
  • Increase aerobic capacity & functional strength 
  • Increased motivation when working out with other people
  • Extra support from the instructor, to help you get through challenges
  • Socialise & have fun whilst exercising
Dates and times:

Sessions will begin on Monday 9th May and will run in 30 minute slots at the following times:

  • Monday 9.15am and 6.00pm
  • Tuesday 9.15am and 6.30pm
  • Wednesday 8.30am and 6.00pm
  • Thursday 9.30am and 6.00pm
