Gym, classes and fitness

We're dedicated to helping our members stay fit and well in whatever way suits them.

Our gym is a place where you can spend as much or as little time as you wish and get a great workout, with a range of equipment versatile enough to accommodate everyone. 

The gym is open 6.30am - 10.00pm Monday - Friday, and 7.30am - 7.00pm Saturdays and Sundays.

We offer a range of memberships which give you access to our fitness facilities.

Forever Active

Our Forever Active days consist of low impact classes and activities for our older adults:

  • Keep Fit - a low impact dance-based exercise class
  • Steady and Strong - This class combines day to day functional movement, strength improvement activities and stretching.
  • Ballet Stretch - an introduction to ballet techniques and stretch the body mildly whilst building up stamina and enjoying classic music
  • Indoor Cycling - a moderate intensity indoor cycling class to help improve your cardiovascular fitness. Enjoy the ride whilst cycling to some great tunes!
  • We also offer Pilates, Yoga, Archery, Table Tennis, Pickleball and much more!

Gym support

To familiarise you with the gym and to get to know your goals we'd like to offer you a short group introduction to the gym. This can be booked with a member of the team when you join or at a later date via our website.

One-to-one support sessions can be booked with a member of the gym team. The sessions last 45 minutes and are chargeable.  

You are also welcome to book one free 15 minute programme review a month, just speak to a member of our team.

Our gyms are not always manned, but rest assured support is never far away. Our equipment is labeled with QR codes, which when scanned, provide you a video tutorial. Also look out for our latest workout boards in the gym, with a scannable code showcasing the latest workout to try.

Personal training

Are you doing the same workout each time you come to gym? Are you lacking motivation? Are you not achieving your goals? If you relate to any of the above, personal training is for you! The clue is the title – Personal training is all about you! We have a range of Personal Trainers that can support you at our centre. Cycle Revolution

All group cycling classes are not created equal, so why just turn up and hope that the class fits your style, whether that's a full-on power-driven sweat-fest, a good session to great music, or a social family ride? 
We've arranged our group cycling classes so you can find the one that suits you.

 

Junior fitness

We believe a physically active child is much more likely to become a physically active adult. We run supervised sessions for children aged 11-15 years to attend.
