Two Column Big Sister Project

Big Sister Project

Big Sister helps girls aged 9-15 in target areas feel ‘sport ready’ by recruiting a network of ‘big sisters’ to empower and enable girls to enjoy sport, exercise, and physical activity during puberty.

As part of our commitment to helping girls get into activity we are offering a free membership to girls who meet the eligibility criteria*, or a 50% discounted membership for all other girls.

The Wellbeing Suite is specifically designed to help our members that live with chronic conditions such as MS, fibromyalgia, and osteoarthritis – as well as individuals recovering from serious illness, surgery or injury. 

The studio has a variety of power-assisted machines, which support your body’s movement by working with you rather than against you. With the ability to increase or decrease the level of resistance or support, the toning tables offer a good full-body workout for those looking to get back into fitness.
