We offer a wide range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy in and out of the pool.
From activities to keep the little ones active during the school holidays, to parties for that special day, to fun and active ways to spend some quality family time together - we have something for everyone.
Holiday activities
At Romsey Rapids Sports Complex, we're here to keep your little ones busy during the holidays with our fun activities.
We have a range of holiday activities. We've got something to keep everyone active and happy. Bring your friends and family along and enjoy time together!

Soft Play
We have a 2 storey soft play facility for children aged 6 years and under, with features including a ball pit, slide, soft shapes area, interactive play opportunities throughout.
Children must be supervised by parents at all times whilst using the soft play area.
Opening times
- Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Saturday and Sunday 9.00am - 5.00pm
- Private bookings can be booked on Saturdays and Sundays 3.00pm - 4.00pm. Please check with reception or book online prior to arrival to see available tickets

Whether you are whizzing down the flume, taking on the rapids, climbing onboard the pirate ship or standing under the tipping bucket and intensely waiting for it to go over.

Additional information
We ask that you please arrive swim-ready for your session, with your costume on underneath your clothes. Changing rooms will be available for customers to get changed before and after the session, Lockers will be available for your belongings these do require a £1 coin. Hair dryers will be available free of charge.
On arrival, you will be issued with a band for your one-hour swim session when you head upstairs to check in on the bridge. Please follow the Paw Prints when you arrive.
Costa Coffee is open and a pay now, collect later facility for takeaway.
Please note all bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Under 8’s Policy
We operate a policy whereby every child under the age of 8 must be always supervised by a parent or adult (ages 16+). The ratio of adults to children under 8 is always 1 adult to two under 8’s.
Adventure Golf at Romsey Rapids
Inspired by sporting activities, each hole is exciting, challenging and has something for everyone, ready for a day of family fun!
Romsey Rapids Adventure Golf is free for up to 4 juniors with the Premium adult memberships.

There's no fuss and no mess. You, your child and their friends have all the fun whilst we plan the big day for you.
We have a range of parties for you to chose from.

Soft play party
An adventure for your little ones with this exciting and fun party!
You will have lots of playtime in our wonderful two-storey soft play area!
- Day: Saturdays and Sundays only
- Time: 3.00pm - 4.00pm
- Price: £160
- An additional 45 minutes is included in our studios, free of charge, for food, cake and presents. Please note catering is not provided.
A maximum of 20 children aged 6 and under per booking.
Private pool hire/party
- Day: Saturday only
- Time: 5.15pm - 6.00pm
- Price: £350
A maximum of 100 swimmers per booking, with a 2:1 ratio for under 8's.
