A fun and social way to keep fit and healthy.

We have a number of activity sessions for older adults each week.  Just turn up and enjoy a range of activities and meet new friends.

50+ Sports Club

Come and join the 50+ Sports Club for over 50s and enjoy a very social activity session. Try a new activity such as badminton, table tennis or enjoy a class, a swim or a workout in the gym.

Why don't you end your session with a chat and a coffee in our cafe so that you can get to know new like minded people.
