We have a wide variety of facilities to get involved in at Parish Wharf Leisure Centre. If you want to start swimming lessons, enjoy the water at your own leisure, or make a splash with the family, our two pools have got just what you need.

Our gym can help you exercise and get fit in any way that suits you, with a range of equipment to accommodate to a variety of abilities and goals. Thanks to our work with National Governing Bodies, we offer fun and engaging sports too. Why not give badminton, table tennis, basketball, or football a go? Most sports sessions are available to book online here.
If you’re in the mood to dance, lift, stretch, or relax, we have a variety of group workout classes with different intensities to help you get to it. Take a look at our class timetable to choose the one for you.
Need something for your younger ones? Our Active Reality experience uses advanced technology and sensors to immerse the players into a virtual space where they can play just as they would in real life.
If getting into the pool is more their thing, Aqua Run - our aquatic obstacle course – is a fun way for families and children to enjoy the water and take on a challenge. You can view more of our family activities here.

Trampolining
Find out moreBounce to new heights with one of our trampolining courses! Following the British Gymnastics Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining courses are designed to teach everything from simple aerial tricks all the way up to big-air stunts. Our courses are adaptive for all abilities. Trampolining helps children build strong, healthy muscles and bones, and increases flexibility, balance, and coordination as well as discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.
