With an investment of over £150k, our new Health Suite (featuring two different steam rooms, a salt room, a sauna, and heated loungers) will be conveniently situated just steps away from our gym, helping you in your post-workout relaxation and recovery routine.
Great news! Our members will have the option to upgrade their membership to Premium plus to include access to these fantastic facilities.
Sauna
Created with bespoke Aspen wood, the sauna is the perfect place to boost your health and turn up the heat. Regular visits to saunas are known to improve heart health, relieve stress, and aid sleep.
Salt room
For those looking for softer heat and lower humidity, our salt room is a good shout! Constructed from high-grade Red Cedar wood, salt room usage is rapidly growing in popularity, partly due to the good they can do for our respiratory systems.
Steam rooms
Get ready to blow off some steam!
With two steam rooms to choose from, Citrus and Traditional, we’re offering you everything in the way of relaxation. Part of the Citrus steam room’s magic lies behind the immersion of citrus fruit essential oils and heat to purify and detoxify skin. The work doesn’t stop there, additional benefits include improved circulation, congestion, and muscular relaxation.
Fusing contemporary, luxury, and traditional aesthetics, our second steam room endeavours to leave you feeling reenergised and revitalised.
Heated loungers
Whether you want to read a book, listen to your favourite podcast, or simply have some you time, lie back and relax!
New to the industry, our bespoke, ergonomically shaped heated loungers will welcome a state of total relaxation and tranquillity. As with the other facilities in our Health Suite, the loungers also aim to improve circulation, alleviate tired muscles and joint pain.
