Bounce to new heights with one of our trampolining courses! Following the British Gymnastics Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining courses are designed to teach everything from simple aerial tricks all the way up to big-air stunts. Our courses are adaptive for all abilities. Trampolining helps children build strong, healthy muscles and bones, and increases flexibility, balance, and coordination as well as discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.

  • Junior Beginner Trampolining
    4-18 yrs*

    For your beginner level gymnast who loves to jump, bounce and have fun. Beginner trampolining will focus on basic key skills, positions, and tricks while increasing flexibility, balance, coordination, and strength. Suitable for children aged 4 – 18 years. *4 year olds must be in full time education to attend.

  • Junior Intermediate Trampolining
    4-18 yrs*

    For the intermediate level gymnast who is ready to bounce beyond the basics. Intermediate trampolining students will further develop their key skills, building confidence and self-esteem working towards somersaulting and advanced moves. Suitable for children aged 4 – 18 years. *4 year olds must be in full time education to attend.

  • Adult Trampolining
    18+

    Suitable for all levels, our adult trampolining sessions are run by British Gymnastics qualified coaches and provide the ideal opportunity to learn new skills and practice existing ones.  Trampolining combines fun and fitness and is a great social activity.
