In Discover 2 and 3, preschoolers attend classes independently and use their imagination and creativity to earn rewards as they progress at their own pace whilst exploring gymnastics through play. Suitable for ages 3 until starting school.

Designed as an introduction to gymnastics for school-aged children, Explore 1 & 2 allows gymnasts to shine regardless of previous ability or experience while developing skills through fun activities. *4 year olds must be in full time education to attend these lessons. 

Designed for school-aged children with previous gymnastics lesson experience, Explore 3 & 4 allows recreational gymnasts to build confidence and achieve through a flexible award scheme.  Children should have completed Explore 1 & 2 or equivalent before booking on to this course. *4 year olds must be in full time education to attend these lessons.

Our British Gymnastics programmes are designed to help learners of any age, ability or background feel included. Our SEND Gymnastics Lessons allow learners to progress through the Rise Gymnastics Programme using the same core awards scheme but with adapted learning techniques.

Designed to mirror an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) environment, in Discover 1, preschoolers are introduced to the world of gymnastics through imaginative play alongside a parent or carer. Suitable from walking age.
