Designed as an introduction to gymnastics for school-aged children, Explore 1 & 2 allows gymnasts to shine regardless of previous ability or experience while developing skills through fun activities. *4 year olds must be in full time education to attend these lessons.

Designed for school-aged children with previous gymnastics lesson experience, Explore 3 & 4 allows recreational gymnasts to build confidence and achieve through a flexible award scheme. Children should have completed Explore 1 & 2 or equivalent before booking on to this course. *4 year olds must be in full time education to attend these lessons.

Designed to mirror an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) environment, in Discover 1, preschoolers are introduced to the world of gymnastics through imaginative play alongside a parent or carer. Suitable from walking age.
