We offer a wide range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy in and out of the pool.
From activities to keep the little ones active during the school holidays, to parties for that special day, to fun and active ways to spend some quality family time together - we have something for everyone.
Active Play and Bounce
Active Play & Bounce is a completely free play session with a wide range of equipment including soft matting, soft play shapes, hoops and more! This is great for developing gross motor skills, social interaction, keeping active and most of all – having fun!
Active Play & Bounce
Fun and motivating sessions for your little people. Children under 5 years can explore and play on the bouncy castle and soft play shapes. Parents & guardians need to accompany their children to these sessions.
Active Play & Bounce (with a trampoline)
Active Play & Bounce (with a trampoline) is your child's first introduction to the world of Gymnastics & trampolining. Sing, bounce and balance your way through this session.
Parents & guardians must take responsibility for their children at all times, however fully trained staff will be at hand to give your child advice and top tips! Suitable for children up to 5 years

Soft play
An adventure for your little people.
Our 3-storey soft play facility is suitable for children aged 1 - 8 years old. Children must be supervised by parents at all times whilst using the soft play area. Please note - only 1 adult can attend per child.
Trampolining
Bounce to new heights with one of our trampolining courses! Following the Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining courses teach simple aerial tricks all the way up to big-air stunts. Our courses are adaptive for all abilities. Trampolining helps children build strong, healthy muscles and bones, and increases flexibility, balance, and coordination as well as discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.
Gymnastics
Bouncing, spinning and rolling, and more…
Our gymnastics programme follows British Gymnastics’ Rise Gymnastics scheme – a modern take on a wonderful, legendary sport. Children of all ages and abilities have the power to shine with Rise Gymnastics.
Learning through fun games and activities to enable gymnasts to develop physically, socially and emotionally, your child will build key foundation skills for life. Achievements will be rewarded regularly with certificates and medals, and you can follow all of their progress in real-time using the Course Hub.

Summer holiday activities!
Holiday Camp
Looking for a fun and exciting way to keep the kids active this summer holiday? Try our Holiday Camp!
Our holiday camp starts Monday 21st July, and runs for 6 weeks.
There will be a variety of activities to keep your little ones entertained including - swimming, climbing Wall, gymnastics, trampolining, arts and crafts, bouncy castle and soft play, martial arts, games, and more!

Adventure Climb
Reach new heights! Our climbing walls tower over 30 feet high a wide variety of different challenges! Prepare yourself to experience action packed adrenaline fuelled fun whilst testing your agility, confidence, balance and problem solving skills. Minimum age 4.
Family Swim
A session for families to swim and have fun together. There will be no lanes available. Session to be held in Teaching Pool. 2 Under 8's to 1 Adult
Soft Play

There's no fuss and no mess. You, your child and their friends have all the fun whilst we plan the big day for you.

Active Play and Bounce party
Give your little one a birthday to remember with our Active Play and Bounce party. There will be lots of fun on our bouncy castle, Soft Play and Wiggle cars! Run, jump and bounce into your birthday!
Maximum 40 children, recommended ages of 3 - 8 years old.
Times and prices:
- Saturdays 11.00am, 2.00pm, and 5.00pm
- Sundays 11.00am, 2.00pm, and 5.00pm
- Duration: 2 hours
Pool party
Make a splash and celebrate their birthday with our fun filled pool party. Under 8’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 2 under 8’s to 1 adult.
Maximum 30 children.
Times and prices:
- Saturdays only
- Duration: 1 hour
Football Party
One for the football fanatics! The little ones will burn off all that birthday energy and we'll take care of the set up of football goals, tables and chairs in the sports hall.
