Useful centre information

Useful information to help your visit be stress-free and seamless.

Parking:

We provide free car parking tickets for non-members, and parking permits for members including swimming lessons. Free parking is available for 3 hours, but if requested further free parking can become available. All permits can be collected from reception.

Arriving at the centre:

• During our peak times*, we recommend that you arrive in plenty of time for your activity. 
• Please use our fast-track check-in points located in reception for the following activities:
  • Gym sessions
  • Group exercise classes
  • Just swim
  • Lane swimming
  • Swimming lesson parents can check in their child on the end turnstile using the QR reader

• For all other activities or sessions please check-in at reception.

Lockers:

• We have coin operated lockers that take pound coins. These are refundable.

* This could include school holidays, evenings and weekends.
