Work out in our ladies only gym, attend group exercise classes and pool sessions.
Fitness is for everyone, we want you to feel comfortable using our centre. That's why we offer an extensive Ladies Only Group Exercise programme, Ladies Only gym and Ladies Only pool sessions.
Ladies Only activities
We offer the following Ladies Only activities, call 0121 7020 950 to find out more:
- Separate Ladies Only gym for workouts
- Ability to use both gyms at your discretion
- Group Exercise classes
- Swimming Lessons
- Aqua Classes
- Ladies Only sauna usage
Female only lifeguard course
We are running our female only lifeguard course, with flexible working opportunities available upon completion!
Cost: £250 - Funding options are available.
Candidates must be able to: Jump/ dive into deep water, Swim 50m in less than 60 seconds, Swim 100 metres continuously on front and back in deep water, Tread water for 30 seconds, Surface dive to the floor of the pool, Climb out of the pool unaided without the use of steps or a ladder.
