We have a number of activity sessions for older adults each week. Just turn up, enjoy a range of activities and meet new friends.
Multi sport sessions to start and finish the week in an active way!

Time: Monday and Friday 9am - 12pm
£5.15 per session.
Legs, Bums and Tums class catered at a lower intensity.
Time: Wednesday 9am - 9.45am
£6.70 per session.
Low-intensity workout in the pool!
Time: Wednesday 11.30am - 12.15pm
£4.50 per session.
Keep Fit Classes
Included in the price of Monday and Friday activity mornings (£5.15).
Times: Monday: 9-10am and Friday 08.30-09.30am
