This special event brings together individuals living with dementia, their carers, families, and anyone interested in learning more about how to stay active, connected, and supported.

What to expect
Held as part of national efforts to promote Dementia Awareness, the event will offer a wide range of activities tailored for older adults and those living with dementia, including:

Free low-impact group exercise sessions to promote gentle movement and well-being

Free Forever Active racket sports, including adapted games for all abilities

Older adult swimming sessions (pre-booking and payment required)

Information stands from key Dementia Awareness stakeholders, providing support, resources, and guidance

Engaging talks from guest speakers

A moving choir performance from Younger People With Dementia
