Clip 'n Climb
Our amazing Clip 'n Climb arena at Places Leisure Camberley includes 25 interactive and fun climbing walls towering over 20 feet high, as well as 11 additional auto belay points on our mosaic walls, each showcasing unique and striking designs with different challenges!
Prepare yourself to experience action packed adrenaline fuelled fun whilst testing your agility, confidence, balance and problem solving skills.
Opening times & pricing
Your 1hr 15 minutes session includes filling in participation statement, an initial safety briefing and harness fitting. A session costs £16.50 per climbing participant. If you are not climbing you do not need to pay for a ticket. Sessions are suitable for ages 4+ only.
Clip 'n Climb session times:
Monday to Friday: 4.15pm, 5.30pm and 6.45pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9.30am, 10.45am, 12.00pm, 1.45pm, 3.00pm and 4.15pm
School holidays: 9.30am, 10.45am, 12.00pm, 1.45pm, 3.00pm, 4.15pm
Adult Climbing sessions times:
Suitable for those aged 16+ years
Thursdays 6.45pm - 8.00pm
£16.50 per climber (if you are coming along to watch you do not need to pay for a space)

Safety information
Please note that appropriate footwear is a must for this activity, so no flip-flops, climbing shoes, heeled or open toed shoes may be worn. Ensure any shoe laces are properly tied. Climbers must arrive climb ready, and should wear comfortable, appropriate clothing for climbing. No skirts, dresses or hoodies can be worn. All climbers must follow the clothing regulations, which include removing inappropriate jewellery, ‘securing’ any glasses, and tying back long hair. No chalk is permitted on the climbing elements.

Q: When is Clip 'n Climb open?
A: We are open all year around. Click here to see our sessions times.
Q: Am I allowed in the climbing arena if I’m not climbing?
A: Spectators are welcome in the arena but must watch the briefing video at the start of the session.
Q: How long does a session last?
A: Each session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. This includes a briefing and harnessing time.
Q: Are there any age or weight restrictions?
A : The minimum age is 4 with no maximum age and the maximum weight is 22 stone (150kg).
Q: What should I wear?
A: Most importantly climbers should wear closed shoes (trainers) and a hair band if you have long hair. Climbers should wear comfortable, appropriate clothing for climbing, so no skirts or dresses to be worn. All climbers must follow the clothing regulations, which include removing inappropriate jewellery, ‘securing’ any glasses, taking off hoodies, and tying back long hair. Lockers are provided on site for valuables to be stored. If you attend with incorrect clothing/Jewellery unfortunately you will not be able to climb.
Q: When should I arrive for my session?
A: Please arrive 10 minutes before your session . You may be asked to wait to allow for the safe set up of programmes or exit of classes before yours. On arriving, please make your way to the Clip n Climb meeting point. Our Placemakers will be available to point you in the right direction and bring you the consent form to fill in. Please ensure you follow social distancing guidelines at all times when in our facilities.
Q: Do I need to bring anything else with me?
A: All you will need to bring is yourself. We provide harnesses with a special belay key device; climbers cannot use their own personal harnesses. We do not allow climbers to use chalk however you are welcome to bring climbing shoes with you.
Q: When should I arrive for my session?
A: Please arrive 15 minutes before your session to allow plenty of time to complete the participation statement. Upon arrival, please make your way to the Clip n' Climb arena. Our Placemakers will be available to point you in the right direction.

Climbing courses
Learn to climb in a fun social format and make it your child’s new hobby. From basic skills all the way through to skilled climbing, work through our 4 levels of award scheme for a progressive learning experience. Courses will focus on top rope climbing on our mosaic wall. Suitable for ages 7 to 16 years.

Every Wednesday at:

£50.00 per month payable by direct debit (plus £15 one-off joining fee).

Our climbing courses are perfect for all abilities, we can increase the difficulty level if necessary, as there are many exciting challenges! Our Clip ‘n Climb climbing parties are the ideal experience for all ages looking for an exciting birthday party to remember. These parties are perfect for all abilities, we can increase the difficulty level if necessary, as there are many exciting challenges! The perfect environment for your child and their friends on their special day. Suitable for ages 4+.
Maximum 12 children.

Exclusive Climbing Adventure party
Enjoy exclusive use of our climbing wall with additional capacity and extended time! The ideal experience for all ages looking for an exciting birthday party or team building event to remember, this activity is perfect for all abilities. We can also increase the difficulty level if necessary, as there are many exciting challenges! Suitable for ages 4+.
Maximum 34 children.

Group bookings
Whether it's time away from the office, a school trip or a day out with the scouts, Clip n' Climb is the ideal experience for you and your group.
We are the perfect place to play and get active as well as eat and refresh. Take advantage of our Costa that offers freshly ground coffee, sweet treats, healthy snacks, meal deal offers and more! We regret we are unable to allow you to bring your own food on to the premises. We do understand that exceptions need to be made where there are specific dietary requirements that we cannot cater for.
