Fun for all the family at Parish Wharf Leisure Centre
We offer a wide range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy in and out of the pool.
From activities to keep the little ones active during the school holidays, to parties for that special day, to fun and active ways to spend some quality family time together - we have something for everyone.
Active Play and Bounce
A fantastic way for your child to keep active whilst having fun! Suitable for under 11's this session includes early years play equipment, soft play and bouncy castle.
Session times:
Friday: 11.00am - 11.45am
Saturday: 11.00am - 11.45am, 12.00pm - 12.45pm, 1.00pm - 1.45pm*, 1.45pm - 2.30pm
Sunday: 9.30am - 10.15am, 10.30am - 11.15am, 11.30am - 12.15pm*, 12.15pm - 1.00pm*
*Please note these sessions will be unavailable to book if there is a party booking.

Active Play & Bounce sessions
A fantastic way for your child to keep active, whilst having fun!
As part of our Active Play & Bounce sessions, we are running an Easter Egg hunt on the following dates:
- Friday 29th March
- Saturday 30th March
- Sunday 31st March

Parties at Parish Wharf Leisure Centre
Turn your child’s party into an exciting day to remember.
There's no fuss and no mess. You, your child and their friends have all the fun whilst we plan the big day for you.
We have a range of parties for you to chose from.

Leisure Pool Party
Exclusive use of our Leisure Pool, with fun themed features for the whole party to enjoy.
Times available for an hour party:
- Saturday 3.30pm - 4.30pm
- Sunday 3.30pm - 4.30pm
Price: £100.
Capacity of 40. Group changing rooms available.
1 adult per 2 under 8's, no 8's and overs allowed on the slides.
Please note room hire is not included.
Please be aware we require a minimum of 3 weeks notice before paying for your party.
Fun Splash Party
Exclusive use of our Main Pool.
Times available:
- Saturday 4.15pm - 6.00pm
- Sunday 3.00pm - 4.45pm
Price: £150
45 minute room hire is included after the activity.
Please be aware we require a minimum of 3 weeks notice before paying for your party.
Active Play & Bounce
Exclusive use of the pop up inflatable play area. Your child and their friends will enjoy the freedom of playing, running, jumping & creating fun adventures!
Times available:
- Saturday 1.00pm - 2.30pm
- Sunday 1.30pm - 3.00pm
Price: £180
Capacity 30. Includes 30 minutes of room hire in the sports hall following the activity.

Inflatable Aqua Run
Have a ‘splashing time’ with this exciting and fun party! You and your friends will be able to challenge yourself to our exciting aqua run.
Times available:
- Saturday 4.15pm - 6.00pm
- Sunday 3.00pm - 4.45pm
Price: £200
45 minute room hire is included after the activity.

Aqua run
Families and children can take on the challenge of the aquatic obstacle course on our fantastic pool inflatable which offers another great fun way to enjoy the water. Can you get to the other side without falling overboard?!

Let your pre-schooler burn off steam at an Active Play & Bounce session at Parish Wharf Leisure Centre The perfect drop-in activity for your under 5's!
Session times:
- Saturday: 2.45pm - 3.45pm | 3.45pm - 4.45pm (session availability is dependent on party bookings)
- Sunday: 12.30pm - 1.30pm | 1.30pm - 2.30pm
Prices:
- £8.00 per person

- Max occupancy per session is 30
- All participants must be over 8 years old
- Buoyancy aids will be provided.

Active Reality
Using our studios, Active Reality transform the space to something you have never seen before.
Active Reality use advanced technology and sensors in an ‘arena’ that allows you to move around as you would in ‘real life’. All experiences are multiplayer, so you and friends are in the same physical and virtual worlds. You are able to see your friends' avatars. You can all run, walk, jump and even 'high five' all in the virtual space.

Who can play?
Some games are cartoon style and involve shooting or archery. However, Active Reality do have a zombie game which we suggest a minimum age of 10 years old.
Open Plays attract a range of ages and are popular with children and adults who will be playing together, so we recommend a minimum age of 10 years old.
If you have younger children we recommend a Private Play booking which can facilitate from 6 years old upwards.
