Patchwork and Quilting

Patchworking and Quilting involves needlework and sewing small pieces of cloth, with different designs, colours or textures together.

Making Clothes

Come and make a unique item for you to wear or display. This course is designed for students to use commercial patterns and adapt them to fit. All the basic techniques of dressmaking are taught with students being given some individual attention.

Flower Arranging

Simple floral creations for a variety of occasions, dinner parties, presents etc. Suitable for beginners to intermediates. Please bring secateurs, gardening gloves and your own flowers and foliage. Supermarket flowers or foliage from your garden are perfectly acceptable. Materials required for each session will be advised by the tutors.

The first class will be a demonstration and will cover technique and advice on choice of materials.
