NPLQ Courses

We regularly run NPLQ courses here at Ferndown Leisure Centre. Learn valuable life saving skills and become qualified for a job in lifeguarding with part time and full time options available.

And why stop there? If you become a lifeguard at a Places Leisure Centre, you will have the opportunity to progress your career in leisure, with potential Placemaker, Placemaker Manager, and Duty Manager roles available in the centre.

December 2021 Course Dates

• Wednesday 1st December - evening (3.5hrs)
• Thursday 2nd December - evening (3.5hrs)
• Saturday 4th December - day (8hrs)
• Sunday 5th December - day (8hrs)
• Wednesday 8th December - evening (3.5hrs)
• Thursday 9th December - evening (3.5hrs)
• Saturday 11th December - day (7.5) + assessment

December 2021 Course Fee

• £250
• Free training can be provided if fulfilling a vacant role within the centre
