We offer a wide range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy in and out of the pool.
From activities to keep the little ones active during the school holidays, to parties for that special day, to fun and active ways to spend some quality family time together - we have something for everyone.
Gymnastics
Bouncing, spinning and rolling, and more…
Our gymnastics programme follows British Gymnastics’ Rise Gymnastics scheme – a modern take on a wonderful, legendary sport. Children of all ages and abilities have the power to shine with Rise Gymnastics.
Learning through fun games and activities to enable gymnasts to develop physically, socially and emotionally, your child will build key foundation skills for life. Achievements will be rewarded regularly with certificates and medals, and you can follow all of their progress in real-time using the Course Hub.
Trampolining
Bounce to new heights with one of our trampolining courses! Following the Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining courses teach simple aerial tricks all the way up to big-air stunts. Our courses are adaptive for all abilities. Trampolining helps children build strong, healthy muscles and bones, and increases flexibility, balance, and coordination as well as discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.
Holiday activities
At Ferndown Leisure Centre, we are here to keep your little ones active and happy during the holidays by offering fun activities for them to enjoy.
Get together with family and friends and make some incredible memories that you will never forget.
We also run swimming lessons throughout the year, with intensive lessons available during some school holidays.

Turn your child’s party into an exciting day to remember.
There's no fuss and no mess. You, your child and their friends have all the fun whilst we plan the big day for you.
We have a range of parties for you to chose from.
Parties at Ferndown Leisure Centre
Pool Party
Have a ‘splashing time’ at your pool party with our party host.
You will have lots of playtime with our floats and pool toys. Under 8’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 2 under 8’s to 1 adult. The duration of the pool party is 45 minutes.
For 2 - 14 years
How much does it cost?
Teaching pool - £150. Suitable for 2-7 year olds, maximum 30 swimmers
Main pool - £200. Suitable for 8-14 year olds, maximum 40 swimmers
Please note that an additional £20 will be added to the total cost if the food room is required
Trampoline Party
Whether you are a regular ‘jumper’ or new to the sport, trampoline birthday parties can cater for everyone. All of our trampoline parties are led by a Qualified British Gymnastics coach in addition to fun games.
For 5 - 14 years
How much does it cost?
Up to 8 children £130.00
Please note an additional £20.00 will be added to the total cost if the food room is required.
Gymnastics Party
Enjoy a day celebrating at our gymnastics parties! Saturdays 11.00am - 12.00pm (times can be flexible)

Bouncy Castle and Soft Play Party
Saturdays 1.30pm - 2.30pm (times can be flexible)
How much does it cost?
£200. Suitable for 2-6 years old, maximum 20 children
Please note an additional £20.00 will be added to the total cost if the food room is required.
Roller Disco Party
Get your skates on and book a Roller Disco Party. All skates and safety equipment is provided for your party, and a skate guard will be allocated to your party to give a 25 minute lesson teaching the basics of roller skating or some more advanced tuition if required. The minimum number of skaters required for a party booking is 10.
How much does it cost?
£90 for up to 10 skaters
£107 for up to 15 skaters
Additional skaters will be charged at £5.70 per person (Maximum of 25 extra skaters)
