We offer a wide range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy in and out of the pool.
From activities to keep the little ones active during the school holidays, to parties for that special day, to fun and active ways to spend some quality family time together - we have something for everyone.

At Epping Leisure Centre, we're here to keep your little ones busy during the holidays with our fun activities.
We have soft play sessions and a range of holiday activities. We've got something to keep everyone active and happy. Bring your friends and family along and enjoy time together!

Trampolining
Bounce to new heights with one of our trampolining courses! Following the Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining courses teach simple aerial tricks all the way up to big-air stunts. Our courses are adaptive for all abilities. Trampolining helps children build strong, healthy muscles and bones, and increases flexibility, balance, and coordination as well as discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.

Active Play and Bounce party
Get exclusive use of half of the main hall for an hour of free play and inflatable fun! Get 30 minutes use if our private party room for food and drink. Please note this is self catering

Interactive squash party
The broad selection of games have been developed to meet fun and entertainment standards, whilst improving squash skills. From retro arcade to educational games and intense skill challenges, they offer long playtime sessions for everyone. No party room available. Each party is 1 hour long.

- Maximum 10 Children aged 5+
Active Adventure Party Over 5's:
Get exclusive use of the main hall for an hour of inflatable fun and party games, led by a party host. Get 30 minutes use of our private party room for food and drink. Please note this is self catering.

- Sunday 10.00am - 11.30am, 1.00pm - 2.30pm, 3.30pm - 5.00pm
Pool Inflatable Party
Make a splash and celebrate their birthday with our fun filled pool party. Under 8’s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

- Maximum 40 children Ages 8+
Room hire can be added to Saturday 45-minute Pool Inflatable Party bookings for an additional £50, subject to availability.
Availability
All of our parties are available:
- Thursday 12.00pm - 1.30pm (Active Adventure party only)
- Saturday 1.00pm - 3.00pm
- Sunday 10.00am - 12.00pm or 1.00pm - 3.00pm

Active Play and Bounce
Children aged up to 5 years can crawl, climb and clamber through our fantastic Active Adventure Play whilst interacting with other children. The Active Adventure Play also has a bouncy castle attached so the children can bounce the time away.
- Mondays 9.30am - 11.30am
- Thursdays 9.30am - 11.30am
