With a backing of over £385k, we’ve extended the original gym to welcome new equipment that will enable more types of exercise to help you expand your fitness goals.

Cardio
Get your pulse racing and boost your stamina with over 45 new cardio stations, including PowerMill Climbers and Total Body Arc Trainers.
Our brand new BOX12 Pod will be situated in our functional space alongside your classic equipment such as treadmills, rig, and SkiERG. Train like a pro without having to step inside the ring. Immerse yourself in this impressive unit that provides access to preloaded workouts designed by real boxing athletes and coaches.
Flexibility
More space has been dedicated to your warm up and cool down routines in our flexibility corner. You’ll also notice new equipment from EGYM’s Smart Flex range, which is designed to either be used in stand-alone mobility workouts or be the perfect warm up to strength training.
