Elmbridge Xcel Leisure Complex has a range of equipment and design features to help the accessibility of all users.

- Our pool has features a dipper hoist and entrance chair for accessible entry.
- There is a passenger lift to the first floor and hearing loop at reception.
- The gym has IFI accredited equipment.
- Our turnstiles are accessible for wheelchairs, while we also have accessible change facilities.

Our café
Our in-house Cafeology café offers a wide range of freshly ground coffees, teas, soft drinks and snacks. Catch up with friends after a class, relax after a morning workout, or grab your coffee to go!
We respectively request that only food and drink purchased on our premises can be consumed on site. However, we do understand that exceptions need to be made where there are specific dietary requirements that we cannot cater for.

Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Saturday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Sunday: 8.30am - 4.00pm

Refuel and rehydrate in our Café
We offer Fairtrade regular and decaffeinated freshly ground bean-to-cup coffees and teas, and you can chill out and relax in our café, or just take away. You can also keep in touch with the world using our free WiFi.
We offer a variety of sandwiches, savoury pastries and freshly toasted paninis or try one of our sandwich meal deals to accompany your Cappuccino or Latte and you can indulge yourself with a variety of handmade muffins, oatbars and cakes.

We supply a wide range of Zoggs swimwear for children and adults as well as a selection of toys and fun training aids. Our staff are always on hand to understand your needs and assist you in finding the right product for you.
