Relax and unwind.

Have you had a busy day or just finished a hard workout?  Why not finish it off with a lovely relaxing session in our health suite. We have a sauna and Steam room for you to enjoy.  Ask us for more details on 01394 388991.

All users need to report to reception before accessing the health suite. Admission will not be allowed without a wristband.

• Sauna, Steam and Swim: £13.80

For opening hours, please refer to the swim timetable. 

Please note, the sauna and seam room are out of use during school swimming sessions, Water Polo sessions, Canoe Club and other private hire.
