A fun and social way to keep fit and healthy.

We have a number of activity sessions for older adults each week.  Just turn up and enjoy a range of activities and meet new friends.

Tai Chi

Improves balance, flexibility, muscle strength and wellbeing.

  • Wednesdays 1.00 – 1.45pm

£9.50 non members, £6.60 Leisure card members (Ask us for details)

Falls Prevention

As we get older our muscle strength and balance reduce, which can lead to a fall. Regular strength and balance exercises can improve your strength and balance, reducing the risk of having a fall.

Our classes, led by our fabulous and fully qualified instructor are tailored to individual needs to ensure you see and feel the benefits of regular mild exercise and muscle strength building. Suitable for hip, knee replacement and post stroke.

  • Mondays 14.00-15.00
  • Wednesdays 14.00-15.00
  • Fridays 10.45-11.45

£3.25 per session.

Lockers

Please note that our lockers operate on a padlock system. You can bring your own or alternatively lockers are available to purchase at reception for £5.50 or £2 for one off non refundable hire charge.
