A fun and social way to keep fit and healthy.

We have a number of activity sessions for older adults each week.  Just turn up and enjoy a range of activities and meet new friends.

  • 10.15am - 11.15am Keep Fit
  • 10.20am - 11.30am 60p swim
  • 11.00am - 1.00pm Table Tennis

Non member £5.25, Member £3.70
