Useful centre information

Useful information to help your visit be stress-free and seamless.

Site opening times: 

Monday - Friday: 6.00am - 10.00pm 

Saturday & Sunday: 8.00am - 6.00pm

Parking:

If you are planning on visiting us, nearby car parks include: 

• Leisure Centre car park
• Marlborough Street car park
• Shepherds Spring car park (only a short 5-minute walk away)
• West Street car park

These car parks are chargeable between the hours of 8.00am - 4.00pm Monday - Saturday. 

2-hours free parking is available at Shepherds Spring car park.

Arriving at the centre:

• During our peak times*, we recommend that you arrive in plenty of time for your activity. 
• Please use our fast-track check-in points located in reception for the following activities:
  • Exercise classes 
  • All swimming sessions, excluding lessons
• For all other activities or sessions please check-in at reception.

Lockers:

• Our wet side lockers have coin operated lockers that take pound coins. These are refundable.
• Our dry side changing rooms are padlock lockers, please bring your own padlock. 

Pre-bookable activities include: 

• Family fun 
• Clip 'n Climb
