Accessing your QR code

Why do I need it?

Think of your QR code as your membership card, but in a digital format. You can use it to access your full membership number and to scan into our centres!

Where can I find it?

Firstly, make sure you’ve downloaded the Places Tracker app – your easy to use, digital fitness partner! Places Tracker is available for Apple (iOS) and Android devices.  Simply visit the App Store for Apple devices and Google Play for Android and search for 'Places Tracker'.

Once you’re in, simply tap Membership Card to view your QR code.

If you are a member already and don't yet use the app, please ensure that when registering you use the same email address linked to your membership. More information on this can be found on our 'How To Register' page.
