If I join today, can I use the centre immediately?    

Yes, all memberships are activated immediately upon joining.

Who can join swimming lessons?    

Many centres provide lessons for all age groups, from babies to adults. Availability can vary, so we recommend checking your local centre's schedule or contacting the team directly.

How can I join my child on swimming lessons?    

Great to hear that you'd like to join our swimming lesson programme. You can book lessons online, by phone, or in person, whichever works best for you.

What does using the centre on a pay-as-you-go basis allow me to do?    

You can visit the centre on a pay-as-you-go basis, and take part in a wide range of activities. You can view availability of these sessions on our Places Leisure App.

Who is entitled to a corporate discount?  

Our National corporates include Blue Light card holder, NHS & Emergency Services, RNLI, Armed Forces or MOD Veterans, Local Authority partners, Education, and more! We do also have a small number of more localised corporates, we recommend contacting your local site to find out more.

Do you store my payment card details and is the payment process secure?    

We never store your payment card details. The payment process is fully secure, whether you join online or in person.

What is the joining fee for?

As long as you remain a member, the joining fee is a one-time charge. It will only apply again if you cancel and do not rejoin within 30 days.

This fee also allows us to keep our membership prices competitive. If you are not using your membership for a period of time, please speak to the member of the team who can advise on options to freeze your membership.

Am I in a contract if I join? 

We aim to give our members complete flexibility, so our memberships are contract free and can be cancelled with just 15 days notice.
