Your gym is having an upgrade!
Here's everything you need to know...
We have listened to our Members feedback and are delighted to be making a huge investment into our gym to ensure our facility can fully support you on your fitness journey.
In order to carry out the large scale of refurbishments that are taking place with the least amount of disruption the gym will be closed with no access from close of business on Sunday 31st August and will reopen from first thing on Friday 19th September.
Stay active with us
Your workout routine is just as important to us as it is to you, therefore we have arranged temporary access to the gyms at our nearby centres during the closure:
Please note that swimming and group exercise classes will continue as normal. We have added additional virtual exercise classes to our timetable, along with small group classes in our Community room at selected times. Please be advised that places are limited. To ensure fair access for all customers, we kindly ask that you avoid booking consecutive time slots.

Plus new Box12 Hub
Get your pulse racing and boost your stamina with our brand-new BOX12 Hub - a 36-minute workout consisting of 12, 3 minute rounds that combine boxing and functional fitness exercises tailored to your fitness level.
No need to rely on anybody else, just turn up when you're ready to start round 1!
