Older Adults Swim Sessions

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

Low Impact Circuits

Designed to be easy on the joints this class isn't exclusively for older adults but is a good place to start if you are new or returning to exercise.

Mondays and Fridays 10.45am - 11.30am
