As of Monday 1 September 2025 Places Leisure no longer manage operations at the following centres:
Bitterne Leisure Centre
The Quays Swimming and Diving Complex
Chamberlayne Leisure Centre
Outdoor Sports Centre
They will be operated by BH Live, who have provided some handy FAQ's for the change.
The below centres are currently closed but will be no longer be operated by Places Leisure when they reopen.
Alpine Snowsports Southampton (closed, due to reopen in 2026)
Southampton Water Activities (closed, will be operated by Southampton City Council upon reopening)
We thank our members for all of their support over the years, we hope you have made some special memories within our facilities.
We do operate a number of other centres in the area, and would love to invite you to visit our facilities.
