We have a sauna, steam room, foot spas and spa pool for you to enjoy. 

Opening Hours

• Monday - Friday 7.30am - 6.00pm All welcome
• Monday - Friday 6.00pm - 10.00pm Adults only
• Saturday 7.30am - 8.00pm All welcome
• Sunday 7.30am - 4.00pm All welcome
• Sunday 4.00pm - 8.00pm Members only*

*Members can bring 1 guest each to these sessions. Guests will pay the standard admission rate and must check in at Reception at the same time as members.
