Sports at Rotherham Leisure Complex
From booking a court with friends or learning a sport for the first time our centre has something that’s right for you. We work hard with the National Governing Bodies of a number of sports to fill our facilities with ideas that are fun and engaging.
Most of our sports are available to book online.
To do this you'll either need to be a member, or sign up for a free Places Membership.
Badminton
Book a court today, join in our social badminton sessions or sign up to a course to learn how to play and develop your technique.
Racket hire costs £6 per racket (£5 refundable).

Squash
We have various squash courts available to book, with slots available every day of the week.
Each session costs £8.00 per court and is bookable via our timetable.
Netball
Grab your friends and come and play netball on Monday evenings from 7.00pm - 8.00pm

Pickleball
Pickleball is a new exciting sport which combines elements of tennis, badminton and table tennis. It is a fun and competitive way to exercise, suitable for all levels of ability.
Pickleball sessions at Rotherham Leisure Complex
Introduction session
Come along to our Pickleball introduction session and learn how to play Pickleball! Run by an activator, this session will give you the opportunity to learn the rules of the sport and put them into practice with a friendly game!
- Sunday 11th May
- 3.00pm - 5.00pm
- Suitable for adults and juniors, but under 8's will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Adults: £5.10
- Juniors, Seniors and Rothercard holders: £3.80
- Max capacity of 20 people
- Equipment is provided
Book via the timetable to secure your space, or turn up and play if the session has not reached capacity.
Social sessions
Coming soon, these social sessions are a great opportunity to learn the rules of the sport and have a friendly game with new competitors!
- Tuesday 20th May from 7.00pm - 9.00pm
- Sunday 25th May from 3.00pm - 5.00pm
- Suitable for adults and juniors, but under 8's will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Karate Zone
Every Sunday we welcome the team at Karate Zone to Rotherham Leisure Complex.
Sessions run between 4.00pm and 5.30pm.
