We offer a wide range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy in and out of the pool.
From activities to keep the little ones active during the school holidays, to parties for that special day, to fun and active ways to spend some quality family time together - we have something for everyone.
Soft Play
An adventure for your little ones!
Let your little ones burn off some energy as they climb, jump and slide on our soft play area. As well as that, our soft play area is next to the Costa in our centre, so you can relax while the kids have some fun!
Soft play is suitable for children of all ages, but all children must be supervised by parents at all times whilst using the soft play area.
- Slides and play frame - our two tier structure has plenty to keep kids busy offering a 180˚ tube slide, four-lane wavy slide, ball juggler, Tarzan swim feature and log ramp!
- Mini sports pitch - This artificial grass area includes balls, goals, basketball hoops and targets with points to encourage active developmental play
- Dedicated baby area - Our under 3's area is perfect for parents and young children to play safely. This section features a twin-lane slide that lands into a ball pit, interactive musical keyboard, soft building blocks and lots of opportunities to play, learn and grow!
- Ball pit - Ball pits are perfect for sensory fun. Introduce the pool of colourful balls and help encourage hand-eye co-ordination with a game of catch!
- Only food purchased on site can be consumed (excluding baby food)
- All children must be supervised by a parent/guardian
- Sessions are 90 mins in duration
- We cannot accommodate unauthorised birthday parties
- Only one adult admission per booking. Additional adult tickets are available. Due to restricting numbers, non paying adults will not be permitted entry into the building.
- Please vacate the play area promptly when your session comes to an end.
- Socks must be worn at all times.

Gymnastics

Our gymnastics programme follows British Gymnastics’ Rise Gymnastics scheme – a modern take on a wonderful, legendary sport. Children of all ages and abilities have the power to shine with Rise Gymnastics.
Learning through fun games and activities to enable gymnasts to develop physically, socially and emotionally, your child will build key foundation skills for life. Achievements will be rewarded regularly with certificates and medals, and you can follow all of their progress in real-time using the Course Hub.
We also offer adult gymnastics.

Parties at Rainbow Leisure Centre
Exclusive soft play party
This is by the far the most fun way to celebrate your birthday in our play park. Our exclusive use party means that you will have the play park completely to yourselves for the two hour duration of your party. You'll be able to enjoy the fun of the park exclusively with your friends and family
Every day of the week from 4.30pm - 6.30pm
Up to 30 attendees - £620 (including food option)
Up to 40 attendees - £775 (including food option)
Soft play party
Invite your friends to join you for a party in our fantastic play park. Your party will enjoy features such as the ball juggler, 4 lane wavy slide, mini sports pitch, 180-degree slide, Tarzan swing and interactive piano.
Saturday and Sunday from 10.00am - 4.00pm
£187.50 for 10 children
£280 for 15 children, extra children are £18.75 per person (including food)
Minimum 10 children, maximum 30 children
Please note this party is during a public session so others will be using soft play at the same time as your party
Pool parties
Make a splash and celebrate their birthday with our fun filled pool party.
Main Pool Parties
Exclusive Use of our superb 25m Main Pool. For children who are 8yrs+ and can pass our 25m swim test.
Saturday and Sunday 2.30pm - 4.15pm
Minimum 20 Children- £375 (including food option)
Teaching Pool Parties
For children who are under 8. All children under 8 must be accompanied in the pool by a competent adult swimmer. 1 adult per 2 children.
Saturday and Sunday 4.30pm - 6.15pm-
20 children - £375 (including food option)
Foam blaster party
Children are provided with small Blaster guns, safe foam darts and protective goggles. Children can bring their other blaster guns however do not bring additional foam darts as they may not get returned at the end of the session.

Perfect for children aged 6+
Up to 20 children - £375 (including food option)
Please note all participants must wear eye protection during their time in the sports hall.
Multi-Sports party
Choose from Football, Basketball, Netball and Dodgeball. You can tailor your party to have one sport or choose a combination of two sports to ensure that all preferences are covered.
Saturday and Sunday 4.30pm - 6.15pm
Perfect for children aged 6+
Up to 20 children - £375 (including food option)
Minimum of 20 children, up to 25 in total.
SEND Soft Play Party
Inclusive party’s sessions are suitable for children aged 3 months - 10 years old with Special Educational Needs & Disabilities.

Holiday activities
We understand the importance of children being active during the holidays.
Our experience and fully qualified team deliver a wide range of activities to keep your children happy, active, and busy.
We also run swimming lessons throughout the year, with intensive lessons available during some school holidays.

SEND Soft Play and Swimming
Soft Play helps children to develop in a number of different ways, including improving their motor skills and providing sensory stimulation. Our SEND sessions have reduced capacity and noise, to cater for children with special educational needs and disabilities.
- Every Thursday from 3.45pm - 5.30pm
- 1 Adult and child under 2 - £3.00
- 1 Adult and child over 2 - £4.50
- Thursday 6.15pm - 6.45pm
