- Group sessions will also occur, focusing on form and technique
Regular check in's
- Progress reviews with another look at body metrics and measurements
- Adjustments may be made to your programme that she thinks is necessary to ensure you reach your goals
Supportive WhatsApp group
- Connect with others in the 6 week programme to share motivational tips, encouragement and gain support from Abbie
- Receive regular updates and reminders to enhance your journey
Until the end
- Abbie will review your progress with you at the end of the programme to help celebrate your hard work and dedication over the programme
