Useful information to help your visit be stress-free and seamless

Gym opening hours 

Monday to Thursday: 6.00am – 10.00pm 

Friday - 6.00am - 9.00pm

Saturday to Sunday: 8.00am – 6.00pm 

Parking 

Members get up to 3 hours of free hours parking at Sainsburys when collecting a validated ticket from reception 

Arriving at the centre 

Gym pass users cannot scan in through our turnstile systems. Therefore, to access the club, you will need to download the Places Leisure app and create an account in order for us to add your gym pass access to it. When you arrive for your session, you will need to then check in on the app and scan your Places Leisure QR code at reception to access our facilities.

We also have no auto check in system for classes as check in’s are done by a team member at reception. If you have any issues not being checked in, please contact us and we will be happy to rectify 

Prices

Day passes for the gym are £8 

Lockers 

Lockers are locked with padlocks and these can be purchased at reception for £5.50 

What to bring to your bring session 

We recommend that you bring a water bottle to your gym session (we have a water fountain on site) and that you wear appropriate clothing that is cool and unrestrictive. Please make sure you are wearing appropriate, clean footwear- wearing muddy shoes, flip flops, or having bare feet is unacceptable
