Sports at Maltby Leisure Centre

From booking a court with friends or learning a sport for the first time our centre has something that’s right for you. We work hard with the National Governing Bodies of a number of sports to fill our facilities with ideas that are fun and engaging.

Most of our sports are available to book online.

To do this you'll either need to be a member, or sign up for a free Places Membership.

Badminton

Badminton is an easy sport to learn and can be a very social game. The speed of the shuttlecock also makes this one of the quickest of the racket sports. It can be played at any pace making it enjoyable for all ages.

Basketball

Our basketball court is available to hire every day. Shoot some hoops with friends, book the court for an organised match or get some practice in on your own. However you want to play, you can book the basketball court via the timetable below.

Looking for an indoor pitch? We offer plenty of slots to book a five-a-side pitch for you and a group of friends.

Netball

Netball is a great way to stay active whilst having fun! Have you ever tried walking netball? England Netball says: "Walking Netball is a slower version of the game we all love."

Join our Walking Netball session on Tuesdays between 9:30am and 10:30am for just £3.50.
