We offer a wide range of fun activities for the whole family to enjoy in and out of the pool.
From activities to keep the little ones active during the school holidays, to parties for that special day, to fun and active ways to spend some quality family time together - we have something for everyone.
Gymnastics
Bouncing, spinning and rolling, and more…
Our gymnastics programme follows British Gymnastics’ Rise Gymnastics scheme – a modern take on a wonderful, legendary sport. Children of all ages and abilities have the power to shine with Rise Gymnastics.
Learning through fun games and activities to enable gymnasts to develop physically, socially and emotionally, your child will build key foundation skills for life. Achievements will be rewarded regularly with certificates and medals, and you can follow all of their progress in real-time using the Course Hub.
We also offer adult gymnastics.
Trampolining
Bounce to new heights with one of our trampolining courses! Following the Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining courses teach simple aerial tricks all the way up to big-air stunts. Our courses are adaptive for all abilities. Trampolining helps children build strong, healthy muscles and bones, and increases flexibility, balance, and coordination as well as discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.
Active Play and Bounce
Fun and motivating sessions for under 5s.
An exciting and fun-filled activity session for pre-school aged children. A variety of activity zones on offer, including ride-ons (bikes/trikes), soft play, mini gym, bouncy castles and a supervised trampoline.

Soft play
Excitement, adventure and creative play are encouraged in our soft play zone. Have fun in the ball pond, play with the soft shapes and whizz down the slide.
Suitable for children aged 2 - 8 years. Children must be supervised by parents at all times whilst using the soft play area.
- Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 8.00am - 6.00pm
Non Members: £2.00

Holiday activities
We understand the importance of children being active during the holidays.
Our experienced and fully qualified team deliver a wide range of activities keeping your children happy and healthy.

Holiday camps 2024
Our holiday camp runs during the school holidays for children aged 5 to 12 years. We aim to engage children through swimming, multi sports and arts & crafts, keeping them active while making friends in a fun environment. Holiday camps are also available at The Triangle and The Dolphin.

Active Play and Bounce party
Run, jump and have endless fun in our fun filled bouncy castle parties.
- Saturdays: 1.00pm - 2.00pm, 2.30pm - 3.30pm and 4.00pm - 5.00pm
- Sundays: 1.30pm - 2.30pm, 3.00pm - 4.00pm
- £160.00 for up to 30 children
Roller disco party
Enjoy a fun packed roller skating party around our main hall, with fun games and activities.

Active Splash
Have great fun and laughter on our pool inflatable.

Party room hire
All parties have the option of hiring a party room at the centre for £31.50 per hour (subject to availability) to provide your own refreshments. Please request at time of booking if you would like this facility.

Roller disco
Roller Discos are back! With the return of DJ Muskett, you will have the best time skating and dancing to the coolest disco tunes with family and friends.
We even provide hire skates, so you have no excuse not to get your groove on!*
Session times
Our Roller disco sessions will be running every Sunday 4.30pm-6.00pm. Sessions can be booked in advance online.
Please note roller skates are only available on a first come, first serve basis.
