Our 6 week programme is a challenging yet fulfilling programme to push yourself and grow in confidence when using our gym facilities. Meet likeminded individuals and build a brand new fitness routine to maximise your future workouts.

  • Saturdays (one session a week)
  • 9.00am - 10.00am
  • £25 for 6 weeks
  • 8 spaces available
