Intensive swimming courses
During the holidays we are running our popular intensive swimming courses. Ideal for first time swimmers or those who need a little extra practice, these courses will work on the skills required to pass each level and build up your child’s confidence in the pool

Gymnastics
Bouncing, spinning and rolling, and more…
Our gymnastics programme follows British Gymnastics’ Rise Gymnastics scheme – a modern take on a wonderful, legendary sport. Children of all ages and abilities have the power to shine with Rise Gymnastics.
Learning through fun games and activities to enable gymnasts to develop physically, socially and emotionally, your child will build key foundation skills for life. Achievements will be rewarded regularly with certificates and medals, and you can follow all of their progress in real-time using the Course Hub.
We also offer adult gymnastics.
Trampolining
Bounce to new heights with one of our trampolining courses! Following the Trampolining Proficiency Awards Scheme, our trampolining courses teach simple aerial tricks all the way up to big-air stunts. Our courses are adaptive for all abilities. Trampolining helps children build strong, healthy muscles and bones, and increases flexibility, balance, and coordination as well as discipline, self-esteem, and social skills.
Active Play and Bounce
Let your child run wild on our inflatable obstacle course! Our inflatable adventure course with soft matting, soft play shapes, hoops and more is great for developing gross motor skills, social interaction, keeping active and most of all – having fun!
Active Play and Bounce
A fun and motivating session for the under 5’s, accompanied by an adult. Including; Bouncy Castle, soft play, trampoline (with a qualified coach) and lots more. Parent supervision is required for the duration of the session.

Pool Inflatable Party
Can you master the inflatable with its 14 obstacles? Take on the challenge and race your mates and see who will reign supreme! This Party include private use of pool inflatable, a party host and use of your own private area with music for you to bring your own food.
- 5 years and over. Please note, all under 8’s must be accompanied by an adult on a 1:1 basis.
- £325.00 for up to 30 children
Active Tots (bouncy castle party)
A fun filled party with bouncy castle, soft play, bikes, balls, hoops and lots more, including party games and races led by our party host.
