We run a range of small group training courses throughout the year to help add variety to your training routine and keep you feeling fit and happy all year round!

Our next small group training course will focus on working your abs. It's designed to help you build endurance and keep your tummy toned as we leave the warm weather behind and enter the colder months. Run by our very own PT, Sarah, this course is ready to get your abdominal muscles working with a mixture of bodyweight training, muscle endurance and high energy exercises - all to leave you feeling good!
